Oh la la! Self made "Herbes de Provence"

 

This one's for all pizza and lasagna lovers, for noodle cookers and happy grissini munchers. All of those dishes would taste only half as good without my favourite spice mix. Dry at 40 degrees celsius for 4-5 hours.

  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Savory
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Sage
  • Some lavender leaves
  • Marjoram
