Discover destinations and have fun!
This is Gina at the lake, surviving the heatwave burning down on middle Europe that early summer months. Time to think what will happen in July and August, when we have now - in June - already more than 40 degrees Celsius warming up soil and air.
Gina has a chronic illness and the shelter did not want to give her in my care at first, indicating that they would think a rather prompt death might follow her feeble condition.
Nevertheless, fingers crossed, she is doing more than fine and I adore her little stubborn head and soft ways in every way. Looking at her and seeing her content about so many little things - food, good air, a soft cushion, ... - makes me happier than a lot of things ever have.
She taught me one of the most important things in life that I believe with firm conviction: we are obliged to make the best out of everything in earth. We are obliged to try to be the happiest, friendliest versions of ourselves, giving happiness and luck whenever the occasion occurs. Universe is basically only there for us to make waves - good or bad ones - and we will be at the recieving as well as at the sending end. Positive energy and gratitude are what we are obliged to live and send out. If we are lucky and have something good coming our way, we need to enjoy it - with thankfulness and happiness.
So whenever there is the chance, go out there, discover new things and have fun. But do it for the right reasons.
